When you browse: like most online shops, our site uses small files called cookies to keep items in your cart, keep you signed in and keep the site secure. Our web host may also record basic technical details, such as your IP address and browser type, to protect the site and keep it running.
How We Use It
We use your information to process and ship your order, send you order confirmations and shipping updates, answer your questions, handle returns and refunds, and keep the records the law requires for a business.
We won’t add you to a mailing list or send you marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Payments
Payments are handled by a secure third-party payment processor. Your card details go directly to them; we never see or store your full card number.
Who We Share It With
We share only what each service needs to do its job: our payment processor, the shipping carrier that delivers your package, and the companies that host our website and email. We never sell, rent or trade your personal information.
How Long We Keep It
We keep order records for as long as we need them for taxes, accounting and returns. Contact-form messages are kept in our email only as long as they’re useful. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your Choices
You can see and update your account details anytime in My Account. To ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion of your data, email us and we’ll take care of it. Some order records may need to be kept for legal or tax reasons.
Children
Our shop is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
